At REK GEN Vehicle Protection, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items in their original packaging. We want to ensure your fit is as precise as our engineering, so we've made our return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original REK GEN packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
